Klak Tik is the brain child of Soren Bonke, a singersongwritermulti-instrumentalist hailing from the outskirts of Copenhagen. With the help of a former band-mate, a stray kiwi and some tolerant neighbours, Klak Tik create genre-dodging experimentalorchestralalternative folk music. To follow their debut album Must We Find A Winner the band escaped the trappings of East Londons alternative coffee shops and vintage chic for a simple purer existence in the Welsh village of Penrhos. For a month Klak Tik drew inspiration from the cold January sea, set up a make shift recording studio deep under Parys Mountain and shouted high into the chapels rafters, then walked out with what they thought to be album number 2.
